Free Medical Clinic Raises Funds After Devastating Fire

PINCKNEY, Mich. (WLNS) - A devastating fire left a Pinckney, free medical clinic with nearly nothing. Now, its founders are busy working to raise money to re-open the doors.

Faith Medical Clinic lost all but its patient files in an electrical fire February 18th. Through donations and fundraising, it's raised $30,000 but that's still $10,000 shy of the clinic's short term goal to lease its own building. They're currently using temporary facilities.

The clinic expects to be back up and running next month.
