Victims To Recover After Accident Shuts Down Highway

An accident Tuesday night shut down part of Eastbound I-96 near Williamston Road. The people involved in the accident are expected to recover.

Ingham County Sheriff's officials say a vehicle going Westbound crossed over the median on I-96 and hit three other vehicles head on.

As many as five people were taken to a local hospital. Two were listed in critical condition, but have since been expected to recover.
