LANSING, Mich. (AP) - The state Senate Fiscal Agency says Michigan's revenues in February continued to come in above forecast.

The Detroit Free Press reports (http://on.freep.com/XmC3oE ) that revenues that went to the state's general fund were $45 million higher in February than what officials forecast in January. Collections to the School Aid Fund were about $200,000 lower than forecast.

So far this year, the agency says general fund collections are $82.6 million higher than the January forecast, and School Aid Fund collections are $1.9 million lower than forecast. Sales tax collections, meanwhile, are up 1.1 percent so far from a year ago.

The Legislature is working on the 2013-14 budget that Governor Rick Snyder presented in February.
