DEARBORN, Mich., March 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Charles E. Allen and Charles H. Podowski were re-elected to three-year terms on the Board of Directors of the 1.5 million-member Automobile Club of Michigan (AAA Michigan) during the annual membership meeting today (March 12) at Club Headquarters in Dearborn.

AAA Michigan offers roadside assistance, travel, insurance and financial services.  It is part of The Auto Club Group (ACG), the second largest AAA club in North America. It belongs to the national AAA federation, with more than 53 million members in the U.S. and Canada.

Allen is chairman, president, chief executive officer and co-founder of Graimark Realty Advisors, Inc. He has been a director of AAA Michigan since 1987 and served as chairman from 1992 until 1994.  He is a former chairman of AAA's national board.

Podowski joined AAA Michigan and The Auto Club Group (ACG) in 1999 as chief executive officer.  Under his leadership, ACG expanded from a two-state AAA organization serving members in Michigan and Wisconsin to an 11-state and two-U.S. territory organization serving nine million members.
