MIAMI (WLNS) - Police in Miami, Florida arrested Michelle Fulton Kiernan, 48, in connection to a 2010 arson in Bennington Township
It happened at a home on May 31, 2010 on the 3300 block of S M52.
Kiernan was returned to Michigan Tuesday and arraigned on conspiracy to commit arson. Additional charges are expected.
She's currently being held at the Shiawassee County jail with $10,000 bond.
