An Owosso man is recovering from hypothermia and othe injuries after he spent the night outside - pinned to the ground by a log from a tree.
Firefighters say the 68-year-old man was trimming tree branches at the Owosso Country Club late Tuesday evening when the accident happened. A log rolled on top of his leg, leaving the man unable to escape.
He spent the night outside. Authorities got a call at 7:30 a.m. about the "missing man." They found him shortly afterwards.
Paramedics took him to Hurley Hospital in Flint where he's being treated for hypothermia and an injury to his leg.
