Man Found Not Guilty As Accomplice in Lansing Shooting


MASON, Mich. (WLNS) - A suspect believed to be an accomplice in the shooting death of a Lansing man stood before a judge today.

Jaron Morgan, 24, was found not guilty in the murder of Frank Cunningham, 20, last year in February. He was found guilty on three other counts, including carrying a concealed weapon and two charges of felony firearm and assult with a dangerous weapon.

Morgan will be sentenced on April 25 and could face up to seven years in prison.
