PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - State and local police are investigating whether three shootings involving vehicles on southeast Michigan roadways are related.

The shootings were reported Monday evening in Washtenaw County within roughly 15 minutes of each other. Two were reported in Bridgewater Township and one was reported nearby in Pittsfield Township, about 40 miles southwest of Detroit. No one was injured.

Matt Harshberger, Pittsfield Township public safety director, tells AnnArbor.com that investigators "do believe they're probably related."
