NY Judge Makes Morning-After Pill Available to All

WASHINGTON (WLNS) - A federal judge ordered the Food and Drug Administration to make the morning after pill available to girls of all ages without a prescription.

Currently, prescriptions are required to get emergency contraception for girls under 17.

Federal Judge Edward Korman in Brooklyn made the ruling Friday. It says this must happen within the next 30 days.
