Posted: Updated:

DELHI TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WLNS) - Police arrested 33-year-old Marlon Stephon Bransford Tuesday morning near the U.S. 127 overpass off the Jolly road exit for breaking into a pharmacy in Delhi Township.

Ingham County Sheriff's Deputies got the call shortly after 11:30 Monday night. It happened at a doctors office on Patient Care Drive, West of US 127 near Jolly Road.

Police say Bransford got in by breaking a window at the front of the building, which triggered an alarm. When deputies arrived on scene, they noticed a car leaving the area.

Police say when they pulled the man over a half mile away, they found medication in car.

Bransford's bond was set at $15,000 and is due back in court next week.
