16-Year-Old Recovering After Being Stabbed

A 16-year old Lansing boy is recovering in the hospital after being stabbed early Monday morning.

Police say it happened in the 900 block of Vine Street around 7:45a.m.

Officers say he and a group of people were standing outside a home when a fight broke out between someone inside. That's when police say a 27-year old Lansing man came out of the house and stabbed the victim in the arm with a knife. He was taken into police custody.

The victim walked to a near-by hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
