Floods Wreak Havoc, Close Several Roads


IONIA, Mich. (WLNS) - Many are battling high waters after rain has caused flooding all throughout Michigan.

Ionia County was one of the hardest hit areas.

As of 3p.m.:


Aurelius Township

  •     - Gale Rd between Plains Rd and Barnes Rd


Leroy Township

  •     - Linn Rd between Dietz Rd and Meech Rd

 Leslie Township

  •     - Baseline Rd between Churchill Rd and DEE (Dead End East)


Locke Township

  •     - Shaftsburg Rd between Bell Oak Rd and Sherwood Rd
  •     - Bell Oak Rd between Shaftsburg Rd and Harris Rd


Meridian Township

  •     - Hillcrest Ave between Seminole Dr and Okemos Rd
