Man Leads Police on Drunken Chase

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - A Lansing man seen waving a gun early Thursday morning is now behind bars.

It happened shortly before 4a.m. near Princeton Avenue and Willow Street in Lansing.

Police say when they pulled up, the suspect was drunk and sped off, leading them on a short chase. Officers say it came to an end a couple miles away, when the 28-year-old crashed into a fence and landscaping barrier in the 1300 block of Turner.

He's expected in court later Thursday afternoon.
