Man Recovering After Being Shot In Early Morning Hours

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - A Lansing man is recovering after being shot early Thursday morning.

It happened at around 4:15a.m. along the 2100 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue.

The 31-year-old man says he was sitting on his couch when he heard gunshots, glass breaking and then felt pain in his leg. His injuries are not life-threatening.

Officers say they found bullet casings on the street. Officials believe this was not a random shooting and are still looking for the suspect(s) responsible.
