LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Two Men and a Truck donated $40,000 to the American Cancer Society in a ceremony Tuesday morning.

While it doesn't involve heavy lifting, officials say the donation still fits in with the company's mission.

"At Two Men and a Truck, our core purpose is to move people forward. We think of all of our efforts, whether that be moving in our community or our employees. The American Cancer Society is such a great partner because that is their fulfillment as well, which is to help folks," said Randy Shacka, President of Two Men and a Truck.

This isn't the first time the company has joined the fight against cancer. They says it has given the the cancer society more than $400,000 over the last 13 years.
