Police Search for Suspect Accused of Shooting Man


LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Police are looking for information on a suspect they say shot a man over the weekend.

It happened just before 5p.m. on Saturday near Mount Hope Avenue and Marion.

The 18-year-old man had been shot in the leg and sustained minor injuries. Police say that he and witnesses gave conflicting information as to what happened, but they say it happened after an argument.

The man suspected of shooting him is described as a black male, 6'0" and 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a long wite tee and checkered shorts. He was seen getting into a newer red Lincoln SUV.
