DELHI TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WLNS) - A traffic accident involving a semi-truck hauling gravel blocked Eaton Rapids Highway, or M-99, south of Bishop Highway.
It happened around 12:45p.m. Thursday on the southwest side of Lansing. The 2600 block of M-99 has been shut down due to the accident.
Officials say the accident caused the semi to burst into flames. Crews have put the fire out, but a hazmat team and accident investigators are continuing to investigate.
