Bicyclist Struck By Car

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)- Paramedics took one man to a local hospital Wednesday morning after being hit by a car while riding his bike.

It happened between shortly after 9 A.M. at the corner of Waverly and St. Joseph in Lansing Township.

Police say the car was headed northbound at about 35 MPH through a green light when a man on a bicycle tried to cross the intersection.

Police haven't identified the man but say he's suffering from non-life threatening injuries.
