Many Fall Ill After Tough Mudder Race

ADRIAN, Mich. (WLNS)- Tough mudder has become a bit of a favorite among athletes who want a serious challenge, but there's concern for people who ran the race this past weekend in southern Michigan.

Many people who competed in the race in adrian last weekend have complained about severe illness.

When groups of people on social media started to put the pieces together they've come to the conclusion they may have gotten it from the same place.

Now, health officials in Lenawee County are getting involved.

If you ran the race and think you may have become sick you are encouraged to call the Lenawee County Health Department at: (517) 264-5214.
