Officials Arrest Suspect in Connection to Bicycle Hit-And-Run

HOLT, Mich. (WLNS)- Ingham County officials have located and arrested the person who they believe hit a bicyclist back in June.

It happened June 26, near the corner of Cedar Street and Fay Avenue in Holt.

Officials tell us that after hitting the 57-year-old man riding his bike, the suspect drove off. A tip was called into Crime Stoppers, which led the Ingham County Sheriff's Office Delhi Division to where the suspect vehicle was found.

The suspect faces charges of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, driving with a suspended license and not having insurance.
