Mother Heads To Court For Criminal Sexual Conduct

BROOKLYN, Mich. (WLNS)- The case against a Brooklyn mom charged with criminal sexual conduct is going to trial.

37-Year-Old Jill Miller agreed to pass on her probable cause court hearing.

In addition to second degree criminal sexual conduct, the mother of four is charged with child abuse commercial activity, and communicating with someone through the internet or computers to commit a crime.

When police arrested Miller last month, she was president of the Columbia Township Parent-Teacher Organization.

According to the superintendent of Columbia Schools Miller has been notified that she is not allowed on any school grounds pending the outcome of the case.
