Convicted Sex Offender Sentenced Again

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)- A Lansing man who already served 10 years for sex crimes is heading back to prison.

According to our media partners at M-Live, Timothy Bywater will serve 23 to 60 years after he was convicted on 10 counts of criminal sexual conduct Wednesday.

The 30-year-old Lansing man was accused of sexually assaulting or attempting to sexually assault four children, all being under the age of 10.

Bywater was inprison until 2010 when he was convicted of intent to commit sexual penetration. He has also been a registered sex offender since 2000.
