Man Recovers After Falling Off Trunk of Car Driven By Wife



LEONIE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WLNS) - Police say a man was found by an off duty sheriff's deputy after he fell off the trunk of a car driven by his wife.

It happened Monday night around 7:45.

The deputy called for an ambulence after he found the 52-year-old Jackson man lying in the street on Edgewater Drive, near Washington Drive in Leoni Township.

He was taken to the hospital with serious head injuries. His wife was taken to the Jackson County jail, where she faces charges of operating while intoxicated and causing serious injury.
