Bikers Ride 300 Miles In 3 Days for Make-A-Wish

Bikers from all across Michigan rode 300 miles in just 3 days, all to make the wish of a child come true.

The 26th annual "Wish-A-Mile" bicycle tour finished up at the Michigan International Speedway today.

Bikers started in Traverse City and ended in Brooklyn with a finish-line celebration at the track.

Every year the event raise more than 2 million dollars to help grant wishes to sick kids in Michigan.

Riders say the 3-day journey is all worth it in the end.

"Crossing the line just makes me think about all the kids and the wishes that were trying to benefit," said Scott Steurer, participant. "So that's really the best feeling and the best part of the whole ride.

Three thousand people showed up at MIS to cheer on friends and family as the completed their journey to the finish line.
