Man Shot In Head Walks Away With Stitches

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - A Lansing man miraculously walked away after being shot in the head with just a few stitches.

It happened in the 3200 block of Turner Street just after 8p.m. Monday.

Lansing police say the 27-year-old was in his car driving when he heard gun shots. Seconds later, he noticed he'd been shot. The bullet had lodged itself through the skin on his forehead.

Police say a friend drove him to the hospital, but he is expected to recover.
