$5,000 Reward For Return Of Jewelry

SHIAWASSEE COUNTY, Mich. (WLNS) - Nearly $100,000 worth of jewelry was stolen from a home in Shiawassee County and now a reward is being offered to find it.

The burglary happened in the 2,000 block of West Manitou Drive in Bennington Township. Police say the jewelry was taken August 7. According to a witness, a white truck, possibly a lawn care service vehicle, was in the area that day.

A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the case. If you have information on the theft, call the Shiawassee County Sheriff's department at (989) 743-2202 or Crime Stoppers at (855) 840-7867.
