Camp 9-1-1 Teaches Kids Safety

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Children 8 to 12 years old can get hands-on training from Jackson County ambulance paramedics and EMT's Monday and Tuesday during 'Camp 9-1-1.' The event takes place at Allegiance Health with the goal to teach campers about safter at home and at play.

Paramedics will also talk about careers in Emergency Services. The camp runs from 9 a.m to 4:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. It is first come first serve and limited to 30 participants per camp.
