Posted: Updated:

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WLNS) - Some postal customers have reported receiving fake e-mails about a package delivery or postage charges.

The emails claim to be from the U.S. Postal Service and contain a link that when prompted to click, installs a malicious virus that can steal personal information from your computer.

Officials say to delete the message.

If you have questions about a delivery or with to report spam, call 1-800-ASK-USPS or email spam@uspis.gov.
