Toddler Found Wandering Lansing Streets Alone

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) -- Lansing Police say around 3:30 a.m. Saturday someone found a two-year boy wandering near the corner of East Michigan and Foster Streets.

Police say the toddler was found alone and is too young to talk. It took police almost 6 hours to locate the child's parents.

The parents told police they put the boy to bed last night and didn't realize he was gone until they checked his room this morning.

Police and child protective services are investigating the incident.
