Posted: Updated:

JACKSON, Mich. (WLNS) - A 17-year-old Jackson boy will stand trial for attempted murder. Tarik Scott is accused of shooting a bullet that grazed the head of a 15-year-old girl. The shooting happened the night of Deptember 6th, after a football game between Jackson High and Lumen Christi. The girl was treated that night at allegiance and released.

At a hearing today, she took the stand. She said she didn't see who fired the gun that shot her.

But another student testified today. And she told the court she saw Scott fire a gun several times.
