Pewamo-Westphalia 35 - Dansville 6

Now we move to the CMAC, where Pewamo-Westphalia fired out of the gate with a 3-0 start, thanks in large part to senior quarterback Kyle Nurenberg.  He set a school record for single-game passing yards during one half against Laingsburg last week.

Nurenberg was named our 6 Sports Player of the Week.

And Kyle went up against a rabid Dansville fan base in this one.

Nurenburg, rolled left with a swing pass to Lane Simmen. He continued for yards after the catch, all the way to inside the 5-yard line, which set up a touchdown.

Rare mistakes ensued for Pewamo-Westphalia, as a deep ball was broken up by Trevor Dixon.

But in the end, Pewamo-Westphalia completed a 35-6 victory over a solid Dansivlle team.
