Declining graduation rates and increasing student loan debts are topics of concern in Washington.
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (WLNS) - Police have confirmed a second dry ice explosion at LAX (Los Angeles International Airport.)
They say the blast happened around 8:30 p.m. Monday at the Tom Bradley International Terminal.
There are no reports of injuries or evacuations from the second dry ice bomb at this time.
The first explosion happened Sunday. Police say someone had planted a plastic bottle with dry ice, which exploded in an airport employee bathroom.
No arrests have been made so far.
