Purdue And Okemos Band Performing Together Friday

OKEMOS, Mich. (WLNS) - The Okemos High School marching band is welcoming the Purdue marching band and will be giving a free joint performance at the Okemos football stadium.

The stadium is on Hulett Road north of Jolly Road.

The Purdue band is known for its big base drum which is more than 10 feet high on its carriage.

It's often called the largest drum in the world.
