In the third quarter, Nathan Megge handed off to Dillon Techentin. But Grand Ledge did not get the touchdown after all, due to a holding penalty.
In the fourth quarter, it was fourth down and four to go the Trojans , and decided to settle for a field goal. Andrew Petersmark got this one through the uprights to give East Lansing a 3-0 advantage.
With 1:13 remaining in the fourth, Grand Ledge had it on the 24-yard line. Keefer Johnson looked up the field for his receiver and was picked off by B.J. Powell.
And it would seal the deal. East lansing went on to win this one, 3-0, over Grand Ledge.
