Even Limited Mobility Seniors Can Exercise

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - When it comes to exercise it's easy to hibernate during the winter. Finding motiviation during the cold weather can be difficult. But it's even more difficult for people with limited mobility.

6 News Reporter Francesca Amiker visited a senior center Wednesday morning and learned Some great exercising tips for those who are limited physically.

Check out the video above for some of those tips.

A free senior strength class is being held Wednesday from 1:30 - 2:15 p.m. at Gunnisonville Meadows Assisted Living. The building is located at 1758 East Clark Road in Lansing.

Francesca says, "being limited physically is now only an option, start exercising!"
