MSP Offering Emergency Planning For Schools

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Student tools for emergency planning also called STEP is a program offered by Michigan State Police.

The program provides free materials for schools, including instructor guides, handouts and emergency kits for students.

Last year the program helped about 3,700 kids in the state and officials hope that number goes up to 5,000 this year.
