Okemos 10 - East Lansing 6

Okemos and East Lansing were both in the middle of the pack in the Blue division. An East Lansing win would give the Trojans playoff life.

But the Chiefs came in ready to rumble. Sumner Toles had a tackle for a loss. The Chieftains had a very tough defense.

Head coach Jack Wallace looked to end a frustrating season on a high note.

On third down, the Chiefs ran a simple screen play, and it looked naught until Chris Nelson broke a tackle and was off to the races.

He fled past the Trojan defenders to give Okemos a 10-point lead, and the Chiefs sideline went crazy.Even Coach wallace is pumped after the catch-and-run.

A great upset win for Jack Wallace at Okemos, 10-6 the final. It knocked the Trojans out of the playoff picture too. Okemos finishes 3-6.
