At one point in time, Grand Ledge was on a four-game win streak this season going into Haslett.
The Rams were down 17-10 in the second quarter, and scored two touchdowns before the half ended to give them a 24-17 lead.
In the third, Josh Arbour handed off to Tyler Vincent. He slid by on the outside, and took it right in to tie the game at 24.
Later in the third, Eric Potter faked a hand-off. He took it himself and stiff-armed all the way into the endzone. That put the Rams back on top, 31-24.
The fourth quarter then comes.
Marco Reyes handed off to the Rams main rusher, Ty Glover. He broke through the tackles for 15 of his 248 rushing yards on the night. The Rams tacked on another touchdown, and took a commanding 38-24 lead.
And it sealed the deal for Holt. Arbour sent one to the middle, and Rams' Austin Kent came up with a monster pick with 2:26 left in the game.
Holt gave itself a chance to make the playoffs with the 45-30 win, as the Rams squeak into the post-season this Sunday.
