Lansing Sexton 55 - Lansing Eastern 14

We finish the CAAC blue with a look at the champions, who wear bright red. Coach Daniel Boggan's Sexton team already clinched the title as they faced Lansing Eastern.

And it was Sexton early. In the first quarter, Sexton was in scoring position. Quaterback Malik Mack did a play-action fake, and connected with tight end Jay Alvarez. 7-0 Sexton.

Later in the first, it was the toss to junior Avonte Bell, and he took it around the end. He lowered his shoulder, and pounded in for seven. They would be too much for Eastern.

And the Big Reds ran the table, beating Eastern 55-14. Sexton is 9-0 for their first unbeaten season in 14 years.
