Police ID Suspect In Intentional Hit And Run

UPDATE: Police have released the name of the suspect in the hit and run incident. The driver is 28-year-old Jordan Lewis Dunn. Police say Dunn's hit and run was intentional. He was arrested Wednesday night and was charged with assault with intent to commit murder.

On Friday Dunn was arraigned and has a $150,000 bond. His next court date is November 14. 

The victim is still in the hospital in the intensive care unit.

MASON, Mich. (WLNS) - One man is in critical condition after witnesses say a car tried to run over him.

The 28-year-old driver charged with hitting the man and then speeding off is expected in court Friday.

The hit and run happened around 8 p.m. Wednesday night at the Mason Manor Mobile Home Park, off of Hull Road, south of Mason.

When deputies arrived, they found the 42-year-old man on the side of the road. That's when witnesses told deputies the suspect tried to run over the man.

The victim is currently in the hospital.
