Crime Stoppers: 1 Wanted For Felony

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Crime Stoppers of Mid-Michigan is asking for the public's help to find one person wanted for a felony.

Kyle Roger Welch, 27, has a felony warrant for damage to property out of Lansing. He's described as a white man, 5'9" and 143 pounds. Welch has brown hair and blue eyes.

If you have any information, call Crime Stoppers at 517-483-STOP.

After Crime Stoppers aired on 6 News on Wednesday, Nov. 13 and went online, two men wanted for felonies were caught.

Scott Perry MacArthur, 49, had a felony warrant for forgery out of Lansing. As of Thursday morning, MacArthur is in prison in Tenessee.

Nathan Thomas Tobar, 32, had a felony warrant for indecent exposure out of Lansing. Crime Stoppers reported his arrest Thursday morning.
