Reports Of Storm Damage Coming In From Mid-Michigan

Posted: Updated:

The storms that swept through Michigan on Sunday left a bunch of damage in its wake.

High winds that topped 60 miles an hour knocked down trees across the area - including decades-old trees at the Michigan Capitol.

But the trees didn't just litter the area with wood. They also knocked out power lines and fell on houses - including one on Gunn Road in Holt. That tree sheared the gutters off and branches pierced the living room.

There are lots of reports of homes and buildings with damage from trees - and at least two reports of trampolines that blew away in the wind.

There were also reports of flooded roads across the area.

If you're seeing damage in your area or have pictures of the storm, share pictures on our Facebook page or email them to newstips@wlns.com.
