Police ID Ambulance Crash Victim

UPDATE: Police have released the identity of the man hit by an ambulance in Genoa Township. Patrick Billo was hit by the ambulance while he was either walking or biking. A bicycle was found at the scene, but police aren't sure if it belong to Billo. The crash is still under investigation.

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mich. (WLNS) - A Livingston County ambulance crashed and left killed one passerby on Monday.

The crash happened around 2 a.m. Monday on Grand River Avenue, near Golf Club Road in Howell.

Police say a bicycle was found at the scene, but it wasn't immediately known whether the victim was walking or riding.

Michigan State Police troopers are handling the investigation.

The identity of the victim has not been confirmed at this time.
