LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - A Lansing woman is recovering at a mid-Michigan burn center after a spray paint can exploded.

It happened just after midnight Monday on the 600 block of Brynford Avenue.

Fire officials on scene say the can was next to a candle, which caused it to explode. The victim suffered burns, but is expected to survive.

Officials say there isn't any structural damage to the house.
