One Woman Dead After Crash With Semi

UPDATE: Police say 63-year-old Jannette Dennis of Owosso died when the mini van she was driving collided with a semi truck. The crash pinned both Dennis and her 39-year-old passenger inside the minivan.

Police are still investigating the cause of the crash, but say the weather is partially responsible.

BATH TWP., Mich. (WLNS)- Two people are in Sparrow hospital in critical condition after their minivan crashed into a semi truck Tuesday night on I-69 in Clinton County. 

When officials arrived on scene they discovered the two occupants of the mini van pinned inside.

The road was closed for several hours while police and fire crews worked on releasing the two in the minivan

No word yet on what may have caused the accident but the investigation is ongoing.
