LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Mich. (WLNS) - Take a look at why the Livingston County Sheriff says he's "frustrated." (picture)

In the picture, you can see eight inmates packed into the holding-intake area of the county jail.

According to our media partners at WHMI, Sheriff Bob Bezotte released the picture to show how overcrowded the jail is and says officials are no closer to expanding the jail then they were 10 years ago.

County Commissioner Carol Griffith says she's aware of the situation and County Officials plan to continue discussing a possible expansion during a meeting on Monday.
