Grand Ledge 65 - Lansing Sexton 55

Lansing Sexton Big Reds hosted conference foe Grand Ledge.

Sexton lost an eight-point halftime lead, but a dunk from senior Austin Johnson helped wake up the Big Reds mid-way through the third.

But the Comets would not go away. Cassell jones got the lay-in and the foul to tie the game at 51.

Grand Ledge coach Scott Lewis rallied the troops for a final push, and the Comets responded with scrappy play, including a pass from Malek Adams,to JT Houghton, to Cassell Jones for the finish.

Grand ledge stole an early-season, conference-road win from Sexton, 65-55.
