7 More Arraigned For Disturbance In East Lansing

EAST LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - Seven more suspects have been arraigned in connection to a distrubance following Michigan State's win over Ohio State in the Big Ten Championship game.

Ryan Bailey, 19, was charged with disorderly conduct for kindling a fire and minor in possession. If found guilty, the misdemeanor charge is punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a $500 fine.

Justyn Doucette, 20, Jared Dubay, 23, Joshua Istratescu, 19, Martin Miller, 22, David Shineldecker, 21, and Samantha Kruse, 22, have all been charged with being 300 feet of a fire, a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a $500 fine.

This brings the total to 17 people arraigned in connection to the disturbance.

It happened in East Lansing on the night of December 7. Fire officials said they put out over 50 fires in the area.

The investigation is ongoing and will continue through the holidays.
