Man Falls Into Tank Of Acid In Grand Rapids Area

CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) - A man was rushed to the hospital after falling into a tank of acid at a Grand Rapids-area business.

MLive.com reports the 45-year-old man fell into the acid at Lacks Enterprises Monday morning.

Authorities say the man was wearing a harness at the time of the fall and suffered burns from his feet to his thighs.

He was treated at the scene before being transported to the hospital around 7:30 a.m.
