Water Main Break Floods Lanes On Kalamazoo Street

UPDATE (3:30 p.m.): The water main break has been repaired. It impacted nine customers, most of them were businesses in the area. The cause it believed to be cold weather and old pipes.

LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) - While the recent power outages are nearing the end, the BWL has another problem on their hands.

A Wednesday morning water main break blocked lanes on Kalamazoo Street, under the US-127 overpass.

Police on scene did not release many details, but our 6 News crew saw water filling the streets.
